Not just another staffing firm, AGFORCE began as the joint effort of two seasoned labor and employment services experts. For over twenty years, Robyn DaRosa, has been employed in the staffing industry founding and managing her own company, ProFormance Talent Group dba ProFormance Personnel. She began her venture in 1992 specializing in accounting and legal support in Monterey County, CA. From there, it was only natural that the business direction would lead to Salinas and to specializing in agriculture since DaRosa grew up in South Monterey County, the daughter of a farmer. Her love for the agriculture industry led to a collaboration with long time California labor professionals to form AGFORCE Staffing & Search. This partnership created the balance needed to provide the diversified Central Coast agribusiness employers a full range of hiring options.

At a time when the economic climate was requiring all businesses to sharpen their pencils and make certain that every penny was accounted for, AGFORCE Staffing & Search was introduced. AGFORCE was inspired by the ProFormance Group and created to serve the grower operations, food and beverage processing and related agribusiness clients on California’s Central Coast. By providing a "ProFormance-to-Hire" option, our valued clients will be able to bring on staff during special projects, seasonal peaks and when in need of that extra workforce. Additionally, a client will have the ability to hire a star employee on a proformance-to-hire basis and when the time is financially right for their company.
The ProFormance Group initially teamed up with a premier ag management group to forge a service dedicated to California's agricultural industries. With over 50 years combined business experience in contract labor, temporary services, management and executive recruiting, AGFORCE offers not only expertise in employment services but also a lifetime of agribusiness knowledge. The owners and founders of AGFORCE have been actively involved in farming, grower operations and labor contracting all their lives and look forward to a vibrant future assisting their valued AG industry customers.
